We want you to be fully satisfied with your Hartford Yard Goats gear; if you are not, we offer returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that customized jerseys and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original condition with all tags attached and that the purchase was made within the last 30 days.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Include your original packing slip or order confirmation email inside the box to ensure our team can identify your transaction.

• 3.
  Ship to Dunkin' Park

  Send your return via your preferred carrier to the Hartford Yard Goats Team Store at 1214 Main Street, Hartford, CT 06103.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
